EA employees sell cards from FIFA 21 at exorbitant prices bypassing loot boxes!!
"Not only gamers are furious, but the company itself"
At Electronic Arts back problems because of microtransactions in FIFA Ultimate Team. Recently, it was reported that the company's employees are selling the rarest FIFA 21 cards from under the floor for large sums, now this information has been confirmed by EA itself and released a statement.
We understand how frustrating and annoying this can be for casual players. We're angry too.
The fact is that the company issues player cards to its employees free of charge, which ordinary users should receive through loot boxes. EA issues cards directly in three cases: if the user's content was deleted by mistake, for testing and in "special cases". The latter implies both marketing goals and employee rewards.
